Fully Personalized Learning
These 1:1 Personalized Learning sessions are designed for children of all abilities and with a wide range of learning needs and educational differences. Each session is fully adapted to the child’s individual learning style, pace, strengths, and areas of need, rather than following a fixed curriculum.
The focus is on developing practical learning skills, confidence, engagement, communication, and emotional readiness for learning. Sessions are flexible, child-centred, and responsive, with teaching strategies adjusted as the child grows and progresses.
We work in close collaboration with families and caregivers to ensure learning goals are realistic, meaningful, and supportive of the child’s overall development.
Info Session: The first session is a caregiver meeting without the child present. This session allows us to understand the child’s needs, strengths, and challenges, and to jointly establish a clear, appropriate learning pathway and goals before starting ongoing sessions.
Important Note
While we welcome and support children of all abilities, learning needs, and educational backgrounds — including children who may be struggling or have not thrived in mainstream education — it is important that our sessions are genuinely beneficial for the child.
If, after working together, it becomes clear that the online format or our teaching approach is not a good fit for the child, we reserve the right to discontinue the sessions in the child’s best interest. In such cases, any unused sessions from the purchased package will be fully refunded to the family.
Lesson Structure
Each session is a 30-minute live online 1:1 session, designed to be flexible and responsive to the child rather than following a fixed lesson structure.
Sessions are shaped around the child’s individual needs, strengths, interests, and current priorities, and may change over time as the child grows and progresses.
Depending on the child, sessions may focus on developing skills such as:

interest-based learning, including activities using art, music, stories, or play
We welcome and support children with a wide range of abilities and learning differences, including children with Down syndrome, ADHD, autism spectrum differences, hearing difficulties, and developmental delays, as well as children who may be struggling or feel excluded in mainstream learning environments.
All sessions are adapted to the child’s learning style and delivered in a calm, supportive online setting, with the child’s well-being and meaningful progress always at the centre.

Cancellation Policy
Our 1:1 sessions are designed to provide personalized support in a calm, structured, and engaging environment. To ensure smooth scheduling for all families and to protect instructional time, the following policies apply to all individual sessions booked through our system.
Booking
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper preparation. This ensures each lesson is tailored to your child’s needs. Bookings made after this window may not be accepted.
Cancellation
Parents may cancel their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund or credit. This policy helps maintain fairness and ensures that time reserved for your child can be offered to another student if needed.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session online up to 24 hours before the start time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted. If a parent misses a session or attempts to reschedule after the cutoff, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
No-Show Policy
If a child does not attend the booked session and no cancellation was submitted within the allowed timeframe, the session is counted as used. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for no-shows.
Technical Issues
If the teacher experiences technical difficulties that prevent the lesson from taking place, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. If a family experiences technical difficulties, the session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. Please ensure devices, internet connection, and audio/video settings are working ahead of time.
Punctuality
Sessions begin and end on time. If a student arrives late, the session will continue for the remaining time but cannot be extended. Please join the online meeting a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility
By booking a session, the parent or guardian agrees to follow all policies listed above and to provide accurate information about the child’s needs to support effective lesson planning.
